RETURNS

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

If you'd like to return your order, no problem — please contact us at uksales@hardbodyskateboards.com

Please do NOT attempt to send your order back to us without prior authorisation from our Customer Service team.

Orders returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Make sure to email us at uksales@hardbodyskateboards.com with your return enquiry beforehand.

• Standard Delivery (2–7 days, not guaranteed): free

• Express Delivery (1–3 days | Mon–Fri only | Order before 1 PM): £7.99

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in their respective regions. While we do our best to ship orders on the day they are placed, as a small, independently owned company, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. HARDBODY UK is not responsible for user input errors.
